Elysia is communal kitchen system fueled by Anaerobic power plant. The idea is to have an easy-to-build open source design that uses locally sourced material. This way people living in a rural area can build the kitchen system themselves or it could help build a small local factory that can produce it at a lower cost. This way, a safe, affordable and sustainable kitchen can benefit more people.

Biomass is an affordable type of fuel however, using this type of fuel indoors can cause severe health risk especially to children.
